ability to do simple graphics (such as on our own web
site) and we realize how important high-quality graphics

sites so you can look at their individual portfolios
and/or pricing information.

this solution you would work with the graphic artist
to create your individual logos and buttons, and then
we include them on your site. With this option you are
guaranteed to get a one-of-a-kind graphical solution.

Web
Sets and Templates
This
option is nice if you want a customized theme that may
or may not be unique. The links below are for sites
that provide web sets, also known as web templates,
for either a fee or as linkware requiring your site
to display a link back to their site. What is required
is located on each site's terms of
use.
For
this solution you would obtain the web set and provide
us with the resulting graphics, along with the name
of the site and the terms of use. Then we include them
on your site.

Clipart
Since
KLB Web Solutions does support scanned logos, text-based
logos, and adding text to existing clipart (such as
in the KLB Web Solutions logo itself), we can do basic
graphics customization from existing clipart. This solution
does meet the needs of many clients, so we offer it
as a potential option to you.
Similar
to the Web Sets and Templates, each of the following
sites offer clipart with varying terms
of use. For this solution you would obtain the clipart
and provide us with the resulting graphics, along with
the name of the site and the terms of use. Then we modify
the clipart to your specifications and include the resulting
graphics on your site.

Generated
Web Pages
This
option offers the user the most control, as updating
web pages does not require any work by a web designer.
We mention this as an option because many people will
use the web for personal information- a new baby, a
special event. To fill this need, there are web based
companies that provide services to generate a web page
for you, with no knowledge of HTML and no need to acquire
space on the World Wide Web.
The
following sites are places that we know of that will
allow you to generate your very own web page. For most
of them you are required to subscribe (often for free)
with their site. With this subscription you are allowed
a set amount of free web space, and a link to web generation
tools and tutorials. Many of them are self-explanatory:
you can upload pictures, add text and headings, and
modify backgrounds and layouts. You are then provided
a link to your site, to share with family and friends.
We
mention this as an option for personal web pages, because
this is an option that not every web novice knows about.
